This 4-day journey connects Paro and Thimphu through ancient forest trails, serene alpine lakes, and high mountain ridges. Along the way, trekkers will experience traditional villages, remote monasteries, and panoramic views of Bhutan’s sacred peaks, including the magnificent Mt. Gangkar Puensum, the world’s highest unclimbed mountain.

A Typical Trekking Day
Your day starts around 6:30 AM with a warm drink and a bowl of hot water for washing. Breakfast is served in the dining tent between 7–8 AM, followed by the day’s trek around 8:30 AM. You’ll enjoy a scenic hike with photo breaks, a hot lunch served trailside, and arrive at your next campsite by mid-afternoon. Tea and snacks await, followed by a hearty dinner at 7 PM. Evenings are for stargazing, stories, and rest.

Food on the Trek
Meals are freshly prepared by our skilled cook team:
Breakfast: Omelets, pancakes, toast, fried rice, tea/coffee
Lunch: Packed hot meals with vegetables and protein
Dinner: Soup, main course, dessert
Tea, snacks, and filtered water provided throughout the day.

Altitude Awareness (AMS)
We prioritize your safety in high-altitude environments. This trek reaches elevations above 4,000 meters, so we recommend:
Hydration, nutrition, and rest
Acclimatization with pre-trek hikes
Slow, steady pacing
Our team is trained to monitor symptoms and will assist with descent if necessary.
